Blogging can seem very daunting, but here it goes! Christmas is coming soon, too soon. I realized this yesterday when I saw that someone had posted on facebook (gotta love it huh?) that there is only 93 shopping days until Christmas! 93! Can you believe it? I don't know why this came as such a surprise, but every year I have the same reaction: "Yikes! Here already??". I am never prepared for this holiday. This year I am trying to craft my way through Christmas. I have already started on some knitting. I started knitting baby monster booties & then realized children would probably love this idea too, so I went on a hunt for a bootie that would fit small children as well. Here is all I have so far:
This is the top view of the monster baby booties size 0-3 mos.
This is the bottom view of the monster baby booties size 0-3 mos.
This is the child size monster booties I am currently working on. With this bootie I am using the seamless toe-up method of knitting. I think its turning out quite nice.
I would love feedback on my projects, or tips if you have any, that would be really helpful!
